Nurturing the woman

behind the mother

Hey Mama Welcome to Mamawise

I’m Kristin - also known as The Mamawise Naturopath.

I work with mothers who are worn out, strung out, hormonal, exhausted or overwhelmed in their current season of motherhood.

Mothers who want to regain their energy, revive their mojo, find their zen, and improve their mood and sleep.

Mothers who want to feel seen and heard and given clear directions for their health. So they can begin to feel more like themselves again.

I also work with mothers who want holistic care throughout their pregnancy and early months postpartum.

I’ve supported mamas through the seasons of motherhood for 25 years, within my various roles as a Naturopath, Birth Educator, Doula, and Postpartum Doula. You can read more of that story here.

As a mother myself, I know the layered demands of motherhood. The pull, the mess, the chaos, and the slow disconnect from optimal health.

As a mother-focused Naturopath, I’m on a mission to raise the level of care for the woman ‘behind the mother.’ So that she too can thrive and enjoy life - just as much as those she cares for!

I work with mothers across Australia via online, telehealth consultations.

Focus areas

I’m so tired of seeing mothers struggle and suffer. Depleted and dismissed.

Trapped in the cultural acceptance of
‘it’s common to feel this way as a mum.’

But what’s seen as ‘common’ is not necessarily normal!

You really can feel better.”
