This allows time to understand your current state of health and begin the comprehensive process of identifying the potential underlying cause/s behind your symptoms.

Before this consultation

When your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email will also the information you need. You’ll be asked to complete a comprehensive Health Intake form prior to your consultation. 


During this consultation

We’ll discuss your health history, current symptoms and health challenges.

We’ll review your body systems, diet, lifestyle, and any medications or supplements you’re taking. We’ll establish your health goals and discuss the logical next steps to take toward them. Any areas we don’t get to cover in this initial consultation will be addressed in follow-up consultation/s.

I’m likely to suggest testing to obtain more insights and/or identify underlying issues. This information is vital to understand your individual situation and to tailor your Treatment Plan specifically for you.

After this consultation (>1 hour)

I review your case and create your custom Treatment Plan which is emailed to you 24-48 hours (on weekdays) after our consultation.

Your Treatment Plan

This will include a summary of the key issues identified and/or suspected to be contributing to your current state of health, the testing/investigations I recommend and why. Plus, how to complete any functional testing that I order for you.

Also included are tips for talking to your doctor about getting blood tests ordered. Plus my blood testing 'rules' to help ensure you get the most accurate results from those ordered by your doctor and myself.

Typically, there are no products prescribed or any dietary/lifestyle recommendations given after the initial consultation. This will occur once test results are back and discussed in the First Follow-Up Consultation (see below).

Testing:

With the blood tests I recommend, you can see your GP to have them covered by Medicare. And/or we can arrange to have some of these tests done privately. All fees are paid to the lab directly.

If functional pathology is recommended (e.g. stool or vaginal microbiome, saliva or urine testing) these are done through functional labs only. I can refer and arrange this testing for you. All fees are paid to the lab directly.

$160 AUD (45 minutes)

(45 min) This is typically 2-4 weeks after the initial consultation. Your results for pathology and/or functional testing will be reviewed and discussed here. These test results help me understand/confirm your health issues. I will explain the best course of action to be taken and why.

After this consultation (>30 min)

I devise a detailed and personalised Treatment Plan with your prescribed products such as herbal medicines and/or supplements; what they are, why I’ve prescribed them and how to use them. Specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations will also be included. This is emailed to you 24-48 hours (on weekdays) after our consultation.

Depending on the results of the initial set of tests, there may be additional tests ordered.

Prescribed products:

I use a range of practitioner-grade products in capsule, tablet, liquid and powder form, and custom liquid herbal formulas. These are prescribed and accessed through my online dispensary service (Vital.ly) and posted directly to you.

If I have prescribed a custom herbal formula, this will be dispensed from my clinic and posted out to you.

$90 AUD (30 minutes)

The Follow-Up Consultation typically occurs 2-4 weeks after your First Follow-Up Consultation.

We'll monitor your overall progress with your prescribed products/supplements, and your dietary, lifestyle recommendations. We’ll develop a plan going forward from this point and depending on your particular case, further follow-ups may be anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks apart from here.

If your Treatment Plan is revised, this will be emailed to you 24-48 hours (on weekdays) after our consult. If further testing is required these will be discussed and arranged.

$140 AUD (45 minutes)

Similar to the Follow-Up Consultation, this is used for discussing any additional and comprehensive test results and treatments.

You’ll be notified which type of Follow Up Consultation you’ll require on your Treatment Plan.
